Professor, the idea that integrated nations and cultures constitute "civilisations" is a false construct. Integrated/assimilated nations result in diluted/weakened civilisations, not "new civilisations". Cultural, ethnic and linguistic amalgamation dissolves unique civilisation constructs into multicultural ubiquity and mediocrity.

Real multipolarity would not result in fewer poles, but more, because authentic multipolarity would lead to more differentiation and diversification, not less. The only way that there could be "fewer poles" under (so-called) "multipolarity" is if all the unique poles are integrated with other poles resulting in what is described in the first paragraph above.

There is no "common denominator" of civilisations (as you propose) because if there were, the concept of civilisation-differences would disappear. Uniting civilisation into some form of unity deprives them from sovereignty already achieved in small or large measures.

I agree with this part of what you say:

"It is not globalisation in the genuine sense: it is the projection of one part of humanity onto the whole of humanity. The Western part affirms itself as a kind of destiny and projects its own values (good or bad) onto the globe, onto the planet."

However, your description and formulation of multipolarity is no less globalist than the Western model. It is integrationist, collectivist, conformist and majoritarian on a regional level while on an international level it has the semblance of differentiation. It's not about genuine multipolarity, though, which would require and entail cultural, linguistic, religious and property rights on a national and local level, but that's not what multipolarity stands for, or advocates:

The results are in and the proof is in the BRICS member South Africa where "Unity in Diversity" has FAILED (with 142 race laws discriminating against one ethnicity within a multi-polar state), exactly because it failed to live up to the promise of respecting the integrity of each civilisation construct within the boundaries of the multicultural/multipolar state.

False multipolarity will continue to fail. Genuine multipolarity is the only solution.

A worthwhile read in this context:

"This essay continues a series of explorations of the dynamics impacting the war in Ukraine and its possible settlement. It explores three things: (1) what I call the Trump Apologia, which seeks to blame-shift the debacle as Trump seeks a fast track solution; (2) Russia’s longstanding views on European security; and (3) Wang Yi’s recent speeches on multipolarity. Taken together, the argument is that whatever the peace settlement in Ukraine, it is ultimately tied to the contest between America’s version of a post-unipolar world and the kind of multipolarity that both Russia and China have advocated."
