Empire have their beginning and their end like everything in the Universe. A Russian Empire may stop the Third World War? I doubt it! Putin isn’t going to be a new Zar , he is, objectively speaking, an Orchestra Director, a great one ! He has to deal with internal and external enemies ready to assassinate him as soon as he loses the necessary equilibrium. Russia is at War not just in Ukraine, diplomatic manoeuvres, and weapons are coordinated with objective reality on the ground. The future is uncertain and constants aren’t absolute! Mr Dugin repeated his metaphysical dream by believing that Russia will become an Empire governed by Intellectual Elites under the patronage of Orthodoxy and Finance Capital. Putin loves Russia and its People and is loved not only in Russia! My relative knowledge of Russian History, leadership and diplomacy shows a Putin building bridges, certainly, but bridges may be blown up by Russian Enemies and , THEY are quite few looking for plunder and partition of the Russian Federation!

Because of the eksistensiell threat from the US lead western hegemonic powers and their globalist imperialism of “liberal democracies”, the solution was to balance and stabilise the asymmetrical situation of power with a general or an emperor to garanti the focus for survival of the nation or empire.

In 2025 we call him or her in such position in Russia something else (president).

The dirty tricks from the western powers are very cunning and dangerous and can never be trusted.

Their real agenda is to rule the world by cognitive warfare in the mainstream media and education (lying and brainwashing), imperialism and an inflationary fiat-economy with unnecessary high taxing and interests (stealing and parasitic behaviour) and waging wars to defend liberal democratic “values and freedoms” and attack anyone disagreeing as terrorists and enemies, even domestically (killing and destroying).

To stand up against such evil you must understand the principles of evil and the demonic nature of such entities and it is the same in micro as in macro situations or persons.

Russia must be Empire if she want to Win her enemies . Democracy is a gift for her enemies and as said Socrates, Democracy makes little good - little bad,if you want to Win you the Force of an Empire because the War is between Empires, there is no room for soft and the Winner takes it all.

Dear Professor Dugin,

The truth is that the passage from res publica to imperium is not a myth upon which one may simply project a will to be. I have good new for you: Russia already is an Imperium; it will take time to name Russia as such due the historical process.

Primum omnium, the Res Publica today is identified with the "status rei publicae", the modern State, whereas in Rome there was no "Staatlichkeit" in our modern sense. The process, therefore, is not as straightforward as in the Roman case, nor as tragically luminous as in the Napoleonic one; where the State still bore the fever of republican revolt.Concretely speaking: The power of the Roman imperium was defined by the Pax Romana; a peace not akin to the Kantian pax perpetua, which is abstract and terminal, but a peace immanent to power, woven into the living forces of the empire itself. It was pax per victoriam, the peace of mastery: not a suspension of conflict but its elevation to order: “bellum iustum in ordinem conversum.” If President Putin seeks imperium, he must quite literally cause the fall of NATO and liberate the European Union. Without this, there will be no empire; for the pressio limitis, the pressure of the frontier, will keep Russia within a republican configuration. Only a res publica can sustain order under containment; imperium requires transcendence of all containment, a unification of the geographical horizon under a single nomos on earth. Beyond the western front, another frontier looms: China. What for the West is a geopolitical counterweight, for Russia is a metaphysical dilemma "quaestio de oriente". Ethnically and geographically, China constitutes both the limit and the mirror of Russian destiny. The anima slavica cannot merge with the Confucian substrate without dissolving its eschatological tension. Imperium russicum, if it is to be realized, must contain and integrate the Chinese question, lest the empire become Asiatic in form and lose its Trinitarian axis.Everyone knows that Russia is an empire, imperium in potentia, but the problem is one of actualization, not essence. To achieve imperium actu, Russia must triumph completely: without religious schism, without ethnic fragmentation, without geographical ambivalence. Until then, what is called “multipolarity” will remain only the arithmetic of dissolution, ordo ab chao without true ordo.As Carl Schmitt reminded us: all order on Earth derives from a concrete spatial division. The nomos of the new epoch will be born not from coexistence but from conquest, imperium sine fine, or else there will be no epoch at all, only a planetary republic without destiny.

Putin better get the lead out. The longer he dawdles with his go-slow military strategy, the more time he allows the devious west to devise strategies against Russia. Time is NOT on his side. Unfortunately, the current mass opinion from Russia's supporters is that the West will commit suicide sometime before they can do any damage to Russia. That attitude is complacent, oblivious, smug, and thoroughly ignorant of how western leaders have come to power in the first place, including their ideology and psychology. Restraint by Putin is perceived as weakness by hardliners in the west, and only entices them to even more provocations. It is this psychological dynamic that Putin and his general staff completely misunderstand about the pervasive western mindset.

Only someone who has grown up in the west over at least the last 50 years, and has maintained a sense of traditional values, can understand the extreme danger the west represents. They will gnaw from within with their seductive ideology, and gnaw from without along the periphery of Russia's borders. For anyone with the ability to see, all of that is happening right now. The western wokust-globalist alliance knows only one thing: double-down on their well-honed tactics that they used so successfully to come to power in their own countries. Only the fear of overwhelming force will knock them off the path of their feminized, malicious, passive-aggressive hysteria. What, do you think the west has always been the way it is now? Do you think the west is “fascist”? What utter fools you are, and what utter fools Putin and Russia will be if they continue to underestimate the evil that has consumed the west.

Another Russian Empire? Another Rome? Good grief.

Great Civilizations don't need an Empire to have global weight and leadership.
