Why would Russia want western Ukraine? Let it be a dysfunctional rump state filled with peace keepers from China and India.

"I believe that the foreseeable future of the modern world is an alliance between Putin’s Russia and Trump’s America."

I've been saying for decades that America should forge this alliance with Russia. It would have been smart then, and it's still smart now.

So Rutte is right: the war was not about Minsk but about territory expansion.

I guess Spain is entitled to France, Belgium and part of the Netherlands, since historically, at some point they were ruling there. Or perhaps Rome could claim a lot of European territory, all up to Turkey. This land grabbing seems normalised. Whether Gaza, Greenland, Canada or Ukraine." It's mine now...," says the toddler.

I wonder, when they will acquire it, will they punish Ukraine for defending their independence? Will they treat them as second degree citizens like Poroshenko did to Donbass? Will Russia be fair and respectful or will it crush any dissident voice, because they can?

The citizens who worked for their houses, who lost their sons to war, who built a life that was violently disrupted pay again the price of some self- proclaimed leaders playing Risk, Stratego or Monopoly.

You are a brilliant political analyst, Mr Dugin. Thank you for your clarity. I pray the useless prosecutions, corruption, censorship, polarising propaganda, suppression will end but I fear no new borders will promise any of that. Because anyone who has nothing left to loose, fights as hard as they can to regain justice.

American ain't looking so great from street level.

Easy to clear out homeless tents and camps. But I don't see folks got any shelter

.

It would be great if America allowed people to help our selves without destroying us.

The West does not indeed exist as an entity but that is more the fault of Trump living in the Cold War past if not WW2 which Mr. Putin seems to understand as the past even if he exploits othe farce o f"de-nazifying" Ukraine.

What Purin really means is de-NATO-ize Urkraine.

The "Deep State" installed Trump to pivot the war in Ukraine ot Israel after HAMAS proved resilient to another Israeli "mowing the lawn".

This is teh 1996 b"Clean Brek" idea, to take out states that support "terrorism" which are not uncoincidentally the Greater Israle's enemies while the worst of the "terrorists" are actaully Sunni's on the CIA payroll since Afghanistan,1979: inlcuidng OBL and 911!

This is all about the WW2 Power Mythos and rich Jewish American donors: not any new, multi-polar world order. Trump is too stupid.

However, Trump needs Russia in the Middle East.

But Mr. Putin understands that America is fickle and not a power that needs to be taken serioulsy anymore. Zion Don missed that. So did Zelesnky and Netanyahu.

Erdogen understands patience.

So does Mr. Putin.

Trump sells Snake Oil.

Is there any pole which is not Great and it's leader not Great? Just Europe is not Great? This sounds like worst propaganda of the Soviet kind.

What is the spirit, the vision, the ethos, the Will to Power that makes (or could make) Europe great? Not the past, but the future? I have seen nothing, heard nothing, observed nothing to indicate a future for Europe beyond what it currently is.

It is humbling being a minor Nation amongst Great Powers. I have my doubts that Australia will exist within another 20 years. In the Great Game we are a minor counter, to be traded by lesser Oligarchs..

Except that elections in the democratic USA, this will only be the position for the next 4 years perhaps. Then we’ll see. You’ll still have Putin though.

The only wrench in this American Russo balance of power, is the upcoming American elections in 4 years… if history tells us anything it’s definitely not that American policy will remain constant… consider that the FED is owned and operated by European aristocratic banking dynasties… if the Bankers want to get Trump out of office without firing a single shot all they have to do is tamper with the Federal Reserve Note… economic instability is a sure way to get the American public to vote for another option… it’s not that complicated… bank runs make a big difference in the minds and hearts of working people… lets hope the Bankers find a new heart but something tells me they won’t let go of power so easily… END the FED!!!

It is logical for the US and Russia to become friends, especially when it comes to exploiting the vast natural resources of the Arctic and exploring outer space.

It's better to be cooperating rich friendly neighbors than belligerents.

Isn’t America the west ? Is dead but is redesigning the map, stealing land and more shit, and you support it. Enough said.

Some version of this is possible as a general long-term plan. However, during the next two years, peace in Ukraine is the goal with the security needs of Russia and the U.S. the paramount concern. In the later part of Trump's term, the Greenland / Canada part, and Russia's western borders, can start to be adjusted. After that, the two great Caucasian Christian Nations, Russia and the United States, will be in a position to provide a new world order of peace and prosperity lasting a thousand years!
