You can never fill the gap the IQ disparity has. If Africa wishes to be a modern nation it can only be through being governed by non-africans like back with the colonies. They are nice people but they just aren't up to the task without beings annexed by another nation. Any person trying to play around this obvious and repeatedly proven fact is a midwit.
