In January 2013, Open Revolt was very happy to publish the following conversation between the Eurasian Youth Union’s Daria Dugina and our very own James Porrazzo, founder of New Resistance.
It has been 10 years since this great interview. The only thing which changed since then is that dissolution intensified. Let's not forget that this "war against modernity" cannot be won because people involved in this "war" are very weak. But they can keep fighting without being attached to any results. This is what riding the tiger is about, as Evola suggested.
Real traditional forces are probably not dead, but are not visible or accessible to most of those who consider themselves "traditionalists".
Living in 21st Century USA today and adhering to traditional mores is akin to not wearing a mask in an airport in 2022. Superficiality and blind obedience reign supreme and the phrase that comes to mind is an old Turkish saying, "We long for the intelligent, the idiots are raining down on our heads." It is such a breath of fresh air to read this interview with Dugina. Especially captivating is her comparison of the internal framework of politics to the structure of the caste system...gone awry. That system was born of the meticulous observation of human experience, not an ideology. The yogic system of Samkhya delineates the blueprint and skeletal composition of human experience and elucidates the underpinnings of same. Julius Evola valued the Samkhya system as well. Dugina's insight is spot-on. How refreshing to read her words. We just ordered the book.
There is no doubt we are living in cataclysmic times. The Empire is crumbling and the oligarchy is working overtime to plug the holes in the dikes. Propaganda has reached epic proportions. The "news" coming out of "Hollywood" and "Celebrityville" makes Epstein look like a Boy Scout. The independent media is skewering main stream media. Truth is emerging. The forces of darkness are being exposed. As is usually the case, the youth hold the key to the future. That is why the Satanists are killing them...almost a million a year in the U.S. alone not to mention the carnage in Palestine and, now, Lebanon. It's always darkest before the dawn. Trust that everything is unfolding as it should.
Certainly in the US, 'caste' has become a dirty word, especially by those who pretend to be offended by it, but actually use it to divide us into false hierarchies. It endemic in the neo-con liberal methodology to consider themselves unassailable Brahmins dispensing their insipid wisdom and directives on how to live from their aerie. They are always talking down to us.
As Dugina must have known, the caste system had traditional sacred origins, as shown here in Rig Veda 10.90, often called The Purusha Sukta, where the Cosmic Human is divided into the world of experience, and each body part becomes the ordering of humanity. Translated this many years ago:
When Puruṣa is divided, into how many parts is he separated?
What is his face? What do they call his arms, thigh and feet?
His face abides in the Brahman;
his arms are made into the warrior-princes;
his thighs are the workers;
servants are born of his feet.
The Moon is born from his mind;
the Sun is born from his eye;
Indra and Agni are from his mouth;
from his breath Vayu is born.
From his navel the intermediate atmosphere arises;

we have many reasons today to be happy and have hope. I would actually say hope is winning currently . Stand fast and keep your head up

Excellent insight!!

and the directions form his ear.
Thus the worlds are ordered.
